Here at educationRnR we do our very best to secure you as much work as possible based on your specific circumstances and work requirements. 

It doesn't matter how many days each week you are available, we will aim to find you work that is flexible and fits around your current circumstances.

We work with a large number of schools, local to you, and because of that we have a wide range of opportunities available to people. We will have a mix of either full or part time work which could be either long term or short term, fixed term contracts and permanent roles.

At educationRnR our workers get paid weekly, 1 week in arrears. So if you work for us this week you will be paid next Friday. All our workers receive payslips and because we pay all our candidates PAYE this also means that we pay the appropriate employers national insurance and pension contributions for you.

Our workers receive fair rates of pay based on relevant experience and qualifications. During our registration process we will take this into account along with the type of work available to you to ensure you receive a competitive salary.

In line with current UK legislation our workers are auto-enrolled into a workplace pension scheme provided they meet the criteria. As an employer educationRnR also contributes towards the employee's pension fund. Employees are free however to opt out of the scheme once enrolled.

At educationRnR we conduct a rigorous vetting procedure in line with the DfE's keeping children safe in education guidance. Part of this process is to ensure our workers have a valid, current DBS.
