Need to send us your documents?

Once you’ve completed your registration forms and training, please email your consultant directly with the required documentation listed below (where applicable).

If you’re unsure who your consultant is, just reply to your most recent email from educationRnR - it will go straight to the right person.

1. Proof of Right to Work (e.g., GOV UK Check or physical documentation)
2. Proof of National Insurance Number (e.g., NI Card)
3. Photographic ID (e.g., Passport, Driving Licence, or ID Card)
4. Headshot Photo
5. Enhanced DBS Certificate for Child Workforce
6. Safeguarding Certificate (issued within the last 12 months. We can provide access to a free course if needed)
7. PREVENT Certificate (issued within the last 12 months. We can provide access to a free course if needed)
8. FGM Certificate (issued within the last 12 months. We can provide access to a free course if needed)
9. Proof of Address (two original documents)
10. Relevant Qualifications or Certificates (such as PGCE, Induction & QTS)
11. Proof of Name Change (if applicable)
12. Overseas Police Check or Letter of Good Conduct (only if you have lived/worked overseas in a single country for a period of 6 months or more in the last 5 years)
13. Letter of Professional Standing (if you qualified as a teacher outside the UK)
14. UK ENIC Certificate (if applicable)
15. An up to date CV (dating back to when you left full time education)
